Returns & Exchanges

At 510 Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in their original, un-skated condition with tags attached; decks must still be in their original shrink wrap to be eligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and include a copy of your receipt; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
