How long does shipping take for online orders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and unopened hardware, decks, and apparel within 30 days of purchase. Please note that decks cannot be returned once they have been gripped or assembled.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can request free assembly in the order notes at checkout.
Can I pick up my order at the Berkeley storefront?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to skip shipping fees. You will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is ready for collection.
How do I know what size skateboard deck I need?
Deck size is largely preference-based, but generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is standard for street skating, while 8.5" and above is preferred for transition and pools. Check our sizing guide for more details.
